I need some good chill music, so far all I've got is a few personal favorites of mine, slow songs, acoustic songs, and some almost emo songs.... :(

May or may not be hard to find depending on your "methods," but most music by a band called Hale basically fits your description, although some songs are in Tagalog, they still convey said emotions just in the sound itself

Look up Jeff Buckley. His music is a bit of an acquired taste- I hated it at first. I was like "wtf this guy sounds like a chick." But it turns out he's a really talented vocalist and he puts a lot of feeling into his music, which I really like.

The best chill music, imo...
Try some of bucketheads calmer stuff, Like "Coma" "Running from the light" or "Running Hair"
Also..anything pink floyd, especially anything off the wall, I could sit and listen to both CDs and zone out for hours..
