Looks like a collision error of some sort...
I'm guessing you ran the structure command?
I'm thinking it has to do with some odd collision material, either a collision plane, or a breakable surface...maybe even a dynamic mirror?
but I'm just guessing all of this, cause your explination of the problem is very vague...more details = more help

I was running it threw tool. There's nothing special about the map at all- No portals, special surfaces or anything. The map has one texture on everything, just so I can get it ingame quickly then start texturing. ( I like to do that :p) But anyway, I was just using the command structure. I've gone threw STL Check and says no errors, as there was some before... :(

We are both working on this map, so I decided to just post it here instead of making a new topic with this problem. Donut told me that halo doesn't like rendering really round things, and you get this error. I deleted all my custom rocks and I fixed up all my cliffs so there is more variation, but I still get this error! Also, no WRL was created.

How do you find the round parts? I am really struggling with this :(

I got a similar error once when trying to convert Outskirts to halo 1. It had to do with so many polygons in one object that it couldn't export properly. This was a long time ago so I may not remember properly.

I believe they have around 22K polys. It is a fairly large map though.

Searching around it looks like the error might be caused by either your bsp being too massive or tiny, or you may have a vert somewhere in the middle of nowhere. Have you imported the MC from tutorial.max to see if it's at the correct scale?

That's probably not the problem then. Ive exported maps with 45000 before.

Yay the errors fixed.
Now, there's another. Killer had deleted alot of things from the old model, and im trying to export the old one. For some reason now, it wont let me export it. I get this error when I try to export:

Bluestreak doesn't suck, it does way more than the blitzkrieg exporter does. And it even does regions since CAD added it. (http://www.modacity.net/forums/showthread.php?t=10588)

Really both of them have their down falls. If blitz fails I use blue and if blue fails I use blitz. If the both fail I come here.

Oh btw we fixed it. It was some stupid material Id thing. Killer fixed it.

Good. That means we'll be able to play that awesome map you showed at Halomaps sooner. What vehicles are you planning for that since it is considerably larger than other maps? Or am I over-scaling it?

Oh its bigger, but you wont see any heavy vehicles. We were going to have a Wraith but we decided to take it out. We will have a downgraded version of the wasp in the map (we will see how it plays in the beta), and we also have hi-res warthogs. All of the vehicles have new skins too including the banshee and ghost.

Try giving the bsp a whole new material (click a new sphere in the material menu and assign it). Then go through the entire model and make sure it isn't referencing any material ids that aren't there. That used to happen to me a lot.
