I actually just got mine back from Microsoft today. I have the regular one though. But I bought mine a year ago and I got the RRoD. I called up their tech support and they sent a prepaid box to me to ship it in. Absolutely no cost at all to me. When you get it back they even give a complimentary One Month Free of Xbox Live Card. Just call up tech support and once you get your box or sticker, however you choose to do it, you can send it out. Expect it back in about a month.

Took it to Best Buy, was still under warranty, only gave them back the 360 and they sent me home with a brand new one, unopended box, and I kept my old hard drive.

So I walked away with a brand new Xbox 360, all new accessories, and two 120GB hard drives, for free.

God I love retardedly hot chicks who work at CS.
