The North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) tracks santa's flight every year. They calculate Santa's trajectory and speed. It's pretty interesting, if you wanna take a look at it. They have a website that shows you santa's progress.

Ah, the NORAD Santa Tracker. It's become a family tradition for me around Christmas to watch that website.
