Anyone else hear about this? Viacom is taking their channels off the air at midnight tonight until they strike a deal with Time Warner. This affecting anyone else?

The channels that would be affected are: Comedy Central, CMT: Pure Country, Logo, Palladia, MTV, MTV 2, MTV Hits, MTV Jams, MTV Tr3s, Nickelodeon, Noggin, Nick 2, Nicktoons, Spike, The N, TV Land, VH1, VH1 Classic, and VH1 Soul.

I watch MTV for the "reality" dating shows and Pimp my Ride, Comedy Central, Nickelodeon maybe from time to time if I'm really bored, and Spike which is good for MXC. :p

This stupid message was going all throughout the CSI marathon today! >:U Not a TWC customer, though, so I'm not sure if it effects me or not...

The only one I really care about is comedy central. I'll be seriously pissed if they take that away from me.

Comedy central is awesome, and so is spike. CMT is decent, all I ever watched it for was for hulk hogan's celebrity wrestling (mostly for that one ep with goldberg as a special appearance)

Toonami was horrible anyways. Not in to all that anime stuff.

I hate that they're always on in my house. Too bad they aren't taking down Disney too :(

@ Caboose. I miss the old Toonami before Naruto and during the early dbz/gundam days *sigh*

But aren't spike and comedy central pretty huge networks that a lot of people care about? All I watch on TV is discovery channel, G4, comedy central, and spike. My two biggest ones are spike and comedy central.

And I'm pretty sure a lot of people love nick too (thought personally, I don't).

Fresh Price of Bel Air, Family Matters, and George Lopez are all awesome shows that Nick (well, Nick at Nite) has.

My channels are still here? Maybe they should have been more specific on timezone and AM/PM.

FIOS ftw
FIOS blocks port 80, as well as a ton of other stuff. Have fun running a web server or any of those other fun things I get to do with my Roadrunner.

Also, yeah, it seems all the deals made it through before midnight, as I came home at 1:40 from my neighbor's house (they have AT&T U-Verse, they don't use the Internet, so it's fine for them), and everything was up.
