If anyone uses Windows Live Messenger, don't you just get pissed off with the spaming messages. Which idiots fall for and register...

Is this legal for the company to advertise in that way? because they are doing identity theft.

Actually, Im pretty sure its a virus, try getting them to run avg or something, It's not legal though, whether or not its a virus.
Though, I don't know what av's can remove that, Though, I do believe Norton 09 does.

I doubt its a virus. Because there has been a lot of these spamming things. And the old (not very clever) ones asked you to sign in or register with you MSN details.
Plus this is a fresh install of Windows. I really doubt I have got a virus already when the only website I have been on is modacity.net.
I dunno. Lol.

Its not you with the virus, its them.

Well, I don't see how somebody could be stupid enough to click on that link...
And yeah, as the others have said, the only thing it could be is a virus. I'm pretty sure companies and websites wouldn't try to advertise in that way, but then again, it is humanity we're talking about here.

i know people used to message me on skype like this. some of it was probably a spam bot, but some people actually talked to me. luls ensued.
if its an actual person, you should try screwing with them before blocking them

So why would they be on your list in the first place? If anybody's blocking you, then live with it, just one less person to waste your time on. And if you do find out, so what? There's nothing you can do about it, and how would a program find out for you?
Seriously, people these days make me wonder...
