Probably taken out because somebody made a fuss somewhere that the animation implies snorting shit will heal you and is a good thing to do.

Oh btw, forgot to link the FP post with the fix details in it.

-------FIX INSTRUCTIONS-------

1. Go to your Source dedicated server directory, then open orangebox\tf\scripts\talker\tf.txt

2. Find the line:

scene "scenes/player/medic/low/taunt02_v1.vcd"

3. Add after that line:

scene "scenes/player/medic/low/taunt06.vcd"

That's hilarious. Valve was probably like "Oh we'll be clever he's sniffing the beer" And then they had Americans play it and they were like "OH SNAP HIT THAT BONG". Valve shook their heads and took the animation out.

It was put in after the medic update, but it was bugged for a long time. He would just stand still and say "HA HA HA, OCKTOBERFEST!", so they removed it.
