Yes I know, I have been exuding smug intellectualism all over everything I touch lately. Sorry about that.

It's probably because of the programming puzzles I have been working on, and my increasingly clever solutions to said puzzles. The more I solve, the prettier, briefer, more elegant my code becomes, the more I'm sure of how much smarter I am than everybody else.

It'll wear off in a few days when I realize that it's just fucking PHP for chrissake; I'm not curing cancer.
