Need help!!!!!!!!!

On my desk top, everytime I try to run Halo ce I get the Halo logo and nothing else
heres a picture of what I get:

Could it be cause im using windows vista?

Wow, I've never seen this before.

Download a new UI map for Halo CE (you can check in halomaps.org) see if that works...
