A 56 part Deltora Quest (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Deltora_Quest_%28anime%29) anime series (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anime) of the first eight books began its broadcast season in Japan on January 6, 2007. Rodda chose this option because she and her kids "love" Japanese anime and because she wanted any adaptation of Deltora to be “cool.”NO FUCK YOU BITCH

I don't particularly like anime. Don't get what's the craze over it, I prefer my classic DC/Marvel all the way.

And yes, this anime reimagining of deltora quest is pretty damned lame, the idea's far worse than The Batman (that new Batman animated series that's not exactly anime but does carry some anime styling).
