Could I run a http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127339 on my current power supply?

Well it needs a 450 watt power supply with 1 6 pin power connector. You maybe able to scrape it with your current (I assume the one in your profile), but it's not good to starve a video card on power.

Refer to that chart; it tells you all the power requirements for a reference version of every card, starting with the 7600GS on the NVidia end and the X800 XT on the ATi end.

There are other components on the computer that takes a lot of power too.

Biggest two being GPU and CPU.

There are your common CPU consumption rates.
After that, it's all RAM, optical and hard drives, and the chipset. I'm not sure how much those use, but my guess is that 150W should cover it.

Im just going to upgrade my PSU to a 600W. That should cover it. My current PSU has no make on it, it came with the case though, but my case is crap, so my PSU is probably crap too.
