Unable To View Main Menu

So I thought I might throw Halo Custom Edition back on my computer, and well, it doesn't show the main ui. It gets to the first loading screen with the Halo logo and the Bungie logo in the bottom right hand corner. And if I move my mouse around, I can hear the mouse scrolling over the top of the buttons and I can also hear the menu music playing.

Any ideas?
