Looking for several level tutorials.....

Hey guys, I'm finally planning to get back into modeling again and I was wondering where I could find some basic level tutorials that ARE NOT BOX MAPS. It would be nice if it were plain modeling (so one doesn't get mixed up with vert modeling) and if you can help me that'd be great.

Note: If you give me a link to the Barretta 3000 tut, make sure all of its videos and tuts work.

I would suggest going to www.3dtotal.com (http://www.3dtotal.com) and looking at some of their modeling tutorials just to sharpen your ability, and then try applying it to map making. Good luck :)

Thanks Geo and supersniper. I was looking for a better base modeling tut and a tut that wouldn't cause my computer extra strain when opening 3ds and the tut.

If anyone has any other tut links, please feel free to post them.
