Ever since i reverted back to vista from the win 7 beta my hard drive has insisted on running a diskcheck up everytime i boot.
So the otherday i ran the start up repair on the vista install disk and now vista is even more screwed.
Any ideas on how to fix this issue?
I've tried changing themes tried all the usual stuff but thus far it seems nearly all the advanced UI features are locked out.

Usually when your UI reverts back to that it means your UI files are missing or corrupt. You could try repairing it again.

If your computer still does check disk open cmd as admin and type in "chkntfs /(insert drive letter here)" then restart.

Me and a friend have managed to fix the issue by replacing the theme DLLs with patched ones.
