Using swf tags to embed a player and link to a remote file

So, I've been dicking around with the swf tags, trying to get this player

http://www.aprilwinchell.com/wp-content/plugins/podpress/players/1pixelout_player.swf

to play this file

http://www.aprilwinchell.com/media/audio/OBAMA_FRIES.mp3

So far I know to do this:

[ swf=http://www.aprilwinchell.com/wp-content/plugins/podpress/players/1pixelout_player.swf]width=300 height=30[/swf]

which just gets me this:
width=300 height=30

The problem here is I have no idea how to include the file to be played into the embed code.

Anyone familiar with how to use the bbcode swf tags?

If you know the link to the mp3 file, you could use the mp3 tags in the forums.
The code should look like this:
http://www.aprilwinchell.com/media/audio/OBAMA_FRIES.mp3

Right now I don't have any sound, so I have no idea if the link worked.

If you are persistent to use the swf file, there might be a way to add it, it should be similar to the way you can embed college humor's videos using the swf tags. However, I have no idea how.
