I already beat the campaign on legendary so i know what to do and all that but all my other friends are like.... "HELL NO I'M NEVER DOING LEGENDARY EVER AGAIN!"

lul so i need 3 other people to help me with it.

Vidmaster Achievement: Annual:

Beat halo 3 campaign on 4-player co-op on legendary with everyone in ghosts.

Btw you must know where the ghost is... I only know where the mongoose is

Oh another thing but this is kinda obvious though.

Search for the Spartan 1 Project on Bungie. I believe they have been featured in the past.

S1P has Vidmaster experts that will help you with your vidmaster needs.

Plus you only have to beat the last level in Ghosts. To find the ghosts right after you kill 343, go back down the hill/base/structure/mountian of doom and you will find 4 brand new ghosts.

7 on 7 is when you get 7 exp in a particular playlist and enter said playlist on the 7th day os a month.
the vid master achievements are to unlock the Recon armour once halo3 :ODST is released.

OK, to try and break up this whole bad mouthing, heres how I look at it. Microsoft makes developers implement achievements into their games. These achievements drive some (me) players to perform out of the ordinary accomplishments or drives them to just finish the game in other modes besides "Normal". Achievements are a way to document the progress you've made in the games you've played really.

Now, with Halo 3 you have model customization, but not everything is at your finger tips. You have to work towards these achievements to unlock more variety to your flavor. Awards for your achievements if you will. I just look at it as something else to accomplish and have for when I want to tweek my display model. Not saying I'm going to use it, but hey, it's there and it's one more option.

So lets cut the fucking bitching about what recon is and what people try to make it about.

Too bad they didn't fucking do it right. I've unlocked the security shoulders, helmet, and the katana, and had all 3 fucking re-lock on me. Shoulders unlocked again, katana and helmet are still gone.

i lost my katana and helm once but it was cause i got em when i had 985GS instead of 1000, all you have to do is get another achievement or if that doesn't work get all of em.

My Halo 3 GS is 1175 anyway.

"7 on the 7" is worth nothing (unless you are trying to get Recon ofcourse), and "Defend This" is not one of the original 49 achievements.

Also I still think recon armor will be valuable because the Vidmaster achievements are not meant to get anytime you want, they are very unique and once a year only or very random in that case.
