Read the "NOTICE" under the actual video, what the hell.

Ages, one of my videos got hit, at least one cool label company exists as well, they let me keep the music on but put a lil banner saying artist name and song name.

What I wanna know, is how some people can have songs up, and under the video the "Buy this with iTunes" pops up.

It doesn't bother me so much that the audio is removed on youtube, it can always be uploaded somewhere else.

The main thing that stumped me is they did it on my video that had 200 views, do they have a team looking for videos with their music? :/

This.

I am hella pissed.

wtf Warner?

I think its ridiculous. Doesn't copyright only take effect if the users are trying to make money on it?

I think its ridiculous. Doesn't copyright only take effect if the users are trying to make money on it?No.

Actually to further this point: That's why there's many different licenses for OpenSource software... BSD, GPL, etc.
"But they're all free right?" They are, but nope... some you're legally obliged to re-distribute your changes, some you physically can't, etc.
