L4D Sound Mod Ideas/Suggestions?

As of late, I've been playing a lot of L4D, and I suddenly realized that the biggest type of mod so far has been audio mods. I haven't really made mods of any kind, let alone audio mods, since I joined H2Vista (I was hoping I would with H2EK, but nooo), so I'm long overdue for some type of contribution to Modacity other than posting/monies. Unfortunately, I have less than 0 ideas, so if anyone has requests, I'll give at least one of them a try.
