I made something similar on my TI83 graphing calc. It's a simple 3d modeling program where you enter coordinates to form faces. The program then lets you save and load these models, and also lets you render a 10 frame animation which can be played back. It's an orthagonal projection though, IDK how to do perspective.

My TI-200 does some real-time stuff like that.
