Learning Actvitiy Ideas?

Okay I am pretty much stumped for ideas.

Basically, each week we have tasks set for something, one of the tasks is to create a learning activity to help other people understand key principles of the issues in the related task.

The tasks are usually business related such as Health and Safety, code of conducts, copyright issues etc.

The ones I've come up with.

Word search
Crossword

I just cant think of any other ones that are easy to create.

Any one got any ideas? Rep for those who do :O

Well the activity doesnt need to be related to business, but it limits things I can do.

I wanted a dot-to-dot but cant really draw a picture of anything :(
