Well, fuck me harder than a hooker using a vacum, steam just got a 1st class ticket to the top of the butt fucking list. Since I felt like playing some Orange Box (because I haven't since I first got that shit, which was when it first came out) I decided to reinstall Steam. I couldn't remember my account at first, but I remembered it. (H4Z4l2D) And guess what happened to that account? It got fucking banned. So, either I find out a way to get that Orange Box CD key that I have on my new Steam Account (ThePlague897), or I have to buy the fucking thing again (which I probably can't because i'm poor as fuck).
Anyone have a sulution for me?
E: Sorry if this is in the wrong section, I didn't know exactly where to put it since most of it is a rant.

Banned? how did it get banned?
The only way this happened to me someone compromised my first account and I didn't play CSS on it, so i just didn't try to get it back and they eventually got it banned...

And just why did the account get banned? If you're sure it was banned in error, then call up Steam's staff and complain to them, demand that they tell you why they banned it, etc. Anyway I don't think CD keys can be transferred between multiple Steam accounts, otherwise it would cost Valve a lot of profits...
If it got banned because someone hacked into it and then misused it, then you should also do a scan for keyloggers right now...
If you really paid for The Orange Box, then you do have the right to...you know (but if you didn't and you do that you're one very bad man).

The case for the Orange Box is right next to me, and i'm holding the CD key in my hand that came from the box. So yeah, it's legit. I got it for christmas whenever it first came out (IDK when it did, lol) and I activated that account.
I'm pretty sure it got hacked, because I don't remember doing anything illegal on it (I HAD an account, seperate one of course, that I had Garrys Mod on, but I deleted it because I felt bad).
I don't think that they can do shit, because I went to the support center or whatever it is on the site, and it says 90 days after activation, and I need the receipt. Which of course I don't have, and i'm pretty sure it's over 90 days :/

Huh, Steam sucks, one strike and it's money down the drain.

See if it works
Submit a case to Steam Support
Immediately inform Steam Support about the account security breach by submitting a request for assistance, also known as an incident report, using the Steam Support system.
If you have not previously done so, please create a Steam Support account with a unique user ID. This is a separate account from your Steam account and it does not exist by default. Please do not attempt to enter your Steam account information for the Steam Support system, as it will not work.
Remember to write down your User ID and password for your Steam Support account as you will be required to use this information to submit any future support requests.
Once you’ve created a Steam Support account, or if you already have one, click here (https://support.steampowered.com/newticket.php) to create an incident report.
When filing an incident report about an account security breach, please provide the following concise pieces of information:
Your User ID. This is the User ID for the Steam Support system. If you have not yet created an account, please enter your contact e-mail address.
The subject of your claim, such as “Steam account security breach.”
Your request for assistance. Your question should include the last email address you associated your Steam account with. Please also indicate the approximate timeframe (date and time) of the account hijacking, if possible. If you believe you know how your account was compromised, please indicate the method the hijacker may have used.
Select “Account Questions” as the Category of your request and finally “Hijacked or Stolen Account” as the subcategory. This information will help Steam Support address your issue as quickly as possible.
Include the Steam account name in the appropriate field. If you do not include the account name, it may result in a delay in recovering your Steam account.
Verification of ownership of your Steam account. To prove yourself the rightful owner of your Steam account, you must provide one of the following:
If you registered software purchased at a retail location, please attach a digital photo or scan of a CD Key registered to your account. Please write your Steam account username on the quick reference card or CD Key sticker below the code in permanent ink.
Below is a typical example of a picture of a CD-key submitted with an incident report. Please write your account name or your support incident number on the reference card or sticker of your CD-key. If you do not know your account name, you must submit your incident, write your incident number on the CD Key, and then update your case with the scan.

Do you mean you're banned from the Steam service, or you've been VAC banned?
If it's a service ban, try Steam support. If it's VAC, you're SOL.

If your account is banned for no reason in particular, you can file a law suite. That is not in the service agreement that they can just lock your account for not using it. Thats like Wal-Mart banning me from the store because I haven't shopped there in over a month. In a sense. If they did lock it for no reason, you can file for fraud, because that is money out of your pocket that you gave them and they turn around and lock your account.

You better hope that no one used it either.

I'm almost positive it was hacked, because I don't think they'd just lock it for inactivity. I'll do what Buckshot said, and if that doesn't work i'll try something else.

Like buckshot said, fill out the support form. They wont have just banned it for any reason, so if it got banned due to some one else hacking it, they will have put that explaination.
I find it weird that it was hacked but the hacker didnt change the pass.
I couldn't remember my account at first, but I remembered it.
You said you couldnt remember it, then remembered it, did that all occur in your head or did you actually try to login via steam? They might have flagged it for too many incorrect entries.
