I'm disappointed, for the longest time, I was going to buy the game [star wars battlefront II] and they walmart doesn't sell it anymore. Does anyone know where I can get this game? I checked eBay and the prices are good, but the shipping is ridiculous.

Tbh, it's more fun to play that game with 1 or 2 friends against the AI than it is to go online :S

Bad netcode, loads of exploits, and massive grenade spam-fests make the MP pretty pointless.

You're better off somewhere else for video games. I can find BF2 in most stores around me for $39.99 or less. The netcode and AI are shit but the game is still hella fun.

I was soooooooo looking forward to BF3, and still am. Free Radical seems to know how to make a BF game for consoles and PC better than Pandemic from what I saw. Pandemic's LOTR: Conquest was just a horrible game. I was severely disappointed with it.

Thats funny, because I found the game in Wal-Mart for about $19.99 tops, but I guess Gamestop is my only choice :(

Wal Mart is a universal product store. Go to a store that specials in video games and electronics. Gamestop and Best Buy perhaps? Although Best Buy's prices are a bit over the top.

Actually, according to ex-Free Radical employees, a lot of what you saw in that leaked footage was very glitchy. They couldn't get multiplayer working properly, and even bots were hard to do with their system. What was supposed to be a 64-player game had become an 8-player game. The seamless ground-to-space system was a big part of that, so it's actually a good thing we won't have that.

Well, then that changes my mind. lol, if it has crappy multiplayer then I dont want any part of it because I have enough problems now with the games I have. Anyways, I went to Walmart yesterday and bought Star Wars: Empire at War Gold. So I have the expansion and the original game, and I got it all for about $21

I thought Battlefront II played with bots was actually rather entertaining...playing with humans in in Battlefield-type games is actually more infuriating than with bots, since there's always the one or three asshats using that game's equivalent to machine-gun camping...in this case, it would simply be standing just out of range of the command post and mowing down anyone who spawns with the rifle.
