Choppy Scroll and Window Drag

Well, here's the story.

A lot of bad crap happened to my computer, mostly my fault, so I used an external enclosure to move all my important and irreplaceable stuff onto my laptop and then reinstalled windows on the desktop. Now when I drag a window or scroll in a browser, its extremely choppy and ugly. What do?

Install video card drivers, that should do the trick.

If your computer specs you entered are correct,

Graphics Card: RADEON X300 SE 128MB HyperMemory

Then go to ATI's site and get the latest for the x300.
