Just set yourself up beforehand by getting 7 exp in a playlist on any day, then calling it quits for that playlist til the seventh, then just enter the playlist (you don't even have to play a game) on the seventh and you're set.

I had 7 exp for Team Slayer before the day, and I just selected the playlist to play. And it gave me the achievement just after I selected the playlist.

Also they usually have Grifball when its 7 on 7 day. So play Grifball to get the achievement, since you get 2 exp everytime you win, and 1 exp when its a tie.
