Can't do that on PC, only CE. Thats why he made the app

I know this thread is very old but I do not even hear the hit sound at all when I play Halo PC. I cannot find this program that rec released as every link I come across is dead. Could someone point me to where I may find it?

I like the subtle nature of the stock volume level of the hit sound, but I can understand that sometimes it's hard to hear with all the action going on.
