Just change the time 30 minutes and leave it that way all year every year. :/

God damnit, I already have delayed sleep phase syndrome.

This isn't helping me.

If it did anything, I'd write to whatever committee decided to do this, and just tell them to stop this (though, I'm almost sure you'd all, too).

It. Does. Nothing.

I think it does, it makes you loose one hour of sleep every time the time changes.

Uh, wrong. The next time you change clocks, you gain an hour.

It does make a difference.

Hey Guys! Lets change our clocks back one hour, so in March, we can set it forward again! GENIUS!

That's the way I see it :(

"It's all to do with saving the hours of daylight, and was started by a man called William Willett, a London builder.

Basically, he reckoned that he could improve the population's health and happiness by putting forward the clocks by twenty minutes on each of four Sundays in April, and by reversing this idea by the same amount on four Sundays in September."

I just find it funny, how no one ever knows exactly when it happens, and which one it is, whether its the "good" or "bad" one :D

The good one is when I get to sleep in an hour

Daylight Savings Time no longer serves a purpose. It did, back when it started: farmers and trains and all the good stuff. Now, it's pointless. We have artificial light, alarm clocks that sync via satellites, and cars. No more need to set your clock back / forward. But yet, tradition beats utility, and this will go on for another few years...
