I'm trying to install Windows XP in another partition of my Hard Drive. I have Windows Vista Ultimate right now and it won't let me install XP because it's an older OS.
Also how do I install the 64-bit version of Vista Ultimate instead of the 32-bit version which is already installed?

That's the part that I don't get.
If you mean try installing the 64-bit, it won't work. all it says is that it's not compatible with this operating system.

You need to boot from the 64bit Vista disk to get the installer running. Usually the bios will give you instructions on how to boot off the disk during the POST if everything is set up correctly (ex. it will give the message "Press any key to boot from disk"). If you don't see that then you're boot order may not be set up correctly; simply go into the bios, find the section about boot order and change it so that your CD or DVD drive is the first thing it tries to boot from (and then the HDD or whatever).
