Got that nice little change you want from the new theme you installed, but still pissed off about the start button looking retarded? Well, here's how to change it.
Use this one for how to edit the .exe file, and the registry. (64 bit users beware, this is 32 bit only. Though it makes no difference, you can't open it anyway.)
