Hey H2V Community!
I noticed my friend had been counting down on his Xfire status the days until H2V's release. Unfortunately he can't count. I pointed him to the countdown on the front page here and he asked me if there was a desktop widget he could use. Not being a widget user(i know i probably should) I decided to scout around Google. After a recent search, I found a small(so small a 56Ker could download it relatively fast), simple(so easy a caveman could do it) countdown clock for your desktop. It's called the Phantim3.
Its small, easy to use, and it doesn't require a widgets engine like Yahoo. So you can move it wherever you want on your desktop.
Just tell it the day and the time to countdown to and it will start. Plus you can get a lot of Halo 2 skins for it to fit everyone's taste. It only takes like 10 seconds to install and another 10 to set up.
The website is here (http://www.phantim3.com/). And I found a Halo 2 skin pack with 32 skins here (http://www.phantim3.com/skins/detail.php?id=44). I highly suggest you check out this cool little program.
Post here with your comments or questions and I'll try and help you out.
If someone else has already posted about this program, please provide a link to your thread and tell me so I can close this one.
