Wow. If she was actually born in 1879, she's seen more change in the world than anyone else ever has. It must be an interesting feeling to have outlived the USSR and be able to reflect on everything they did from your own experience. Even technology we considered normal 50 years ago like airplanes and such would have been fantasy to her growing up... let alone computers and forget about the internet. If she's that old someone needs to start interviewing her and writing that stuff down.
