GTA Vice City Freezes on Startup, Have to manually reboot.

This is really annoying :saddowns:

When I launch GTA Vice City, it stays at the black screen for infinity, Ctrl-Alt-Delete does not work, no button works (Like for example, If I use Caps Lock, the light doesnt turn on on my keyboard.)

I really want to play this game :(

First and obvious question... are all your drivers (including motherboard and soundcard) up to date?

Did you install the update? (1.1) it fixes driver issues.

Btw I am using Steam to play it.

Now, the 1.1 update does not seem to appear in Steam's Update Log, so I am not sure if it was pre-updated or not.

Also, I do believe I have all my drivers updated.
