Roasted Chicken for me.

Makes sense. I eat a lot of Beer Can Chicken. It's an awesome recipe where you shove a beer can up the chicken's... and stand it up in the oven. You have to drink half the beer first or your chicken will explode in the oven. In the end, an excellent moist roast chicken with loads of flavour (no alcohol flavour, it all burns off right?).

So, yeah... Roasted Chicken. I'm going to resist the urge to taste myself, though. Who knows where I've been!?
