So the upcoming Tuesday is max day for my football team's lifting program.
Being the only member of my team who really lifts alot, I'm going to bring in a lifting mix that's mostly comprised of heavy metal music. So, what are you guys's suggestions?

I'm pretty much planning on this, but I was looking for something other than Pantera/Lamb of God.

Yeah, the other 3 guys who come in there regularly are into that rap shit. I could see it being fun music to listen to, but how does that make people get pumped up?

Personally, I really don't like metal.
That being said, I love weight-lifting.
I only listen to stoner music, but weight-lifting music should have a strong beat and not be so mellow, so I usually chill with some old school hip hop like Cypress Hill or Tribe Called Quest. You can throw some of that shit in, and if they're more into some crappy commecial shit, well, they're dumb.
I'd recommend that whatever you pick, you set your playlist up with proper mixtape composition and have some sort of break from hard guitar and gutteral vocals.
