HCEL All-Star Game?

This idea just came to me just a few minutes ago.. For those of you who participated in a full HCEL season (last "season" does not count since it was cut short..), how many of you would like to play in a best of 3/5/7 series? There will be 6 player teams with 8 players per team for backups. Anybody who played in a HCEL season would be eligible.

Here's how it'll work:

Before anything happens we'll vote to see where this idea stands with everyone. After that, I'll set up a date which will be on the 6th of June (before the summer games start up) since Fridays and Sundays are typically days that you guys spend with friends/family/religious obligations. After all that, here's what we'll do:

1. You'll fill out a little "form" which basically puts you on a list of players that want to play. There will be a deadline for this.

2. Once all that's completed, we (a group consisting of myself and a few HCEL admins) will vote on a list of 16 players. 8 players per team, while 6 will start. This not meant to be bias towards anyone, it's just a way to get the best all around players on here.


As for maps, only maps that were played in HCEL will be played. Simple as that. I also still have the HCEL gametypes, including break, so any gametype you played in HCEL will be there. Inbetween maps, we'll have classic C3LL break for those who need some food, bathroom, whatever.

Was actually in reference to the season that Ducky tried to start and got canceled because of those kids (played what, one game?), so if you played before then (2005-2007) you're good.
