So I'm pretty sure I'm pre-diabetic, which means it's time for a change in my lifestyle (LOL FATTY). Anyway, I've put together a workout regime for myself, but I'm also looking for some good workout music. I have a bunch that I can think of, but I was wondering what you all listen to while doing whatever it is you do to stay healthy.

Also feel free to poke fun @ the fatty :D.

FATTY BOM BOM.

I cant keep the words "pump it up" out my head.

I usually just put my favourite tracks on when working out, benni bassi satisfaction is a good work out song. Also Eric Pridz - Call of me mainly cuz the video is awesome and contains hot girls working out.

Oh yeah whats your planned workout regime?

One hit Wonder by Everclear always pumps me up before a workout. And what's your planned workout routine fatty? :)

And for those wondering mine (Don't even attempt unless you're a cross country/long distance runner so yeeea...):

Monday: Easy Run
Tuesday: Short Intervals/Tempo (10min easy, 20min hard, 10min easy for example), abs
Wednesday: Easy Run, Weight lifting session
Thursday: Long Intervals/Tempo, abs
Friday: Easy Run (Weight lifting session)
Saturday: Pace Run, abs
Sunday: Long Run

When I actually trying to gain muscle, here's what my routine used to be:

Monday: Push (Chest, tris, shoulders)
Tuesday: Cardio
Wednesday: Pull (Back, bis)
Thursday: Cardio
Friday: Legs
Saturday: Cardio
Sunday: Off
*Repeat*

Try something like that, there are five day workouts but I don't really know too much in depth about them. If you're just starting out, make sure your goals are reachable and reasonable. Also (as creepy as it is), take pictures of yourself shirtless. If you want to go beyond then go ahead but for the children's sake don't post those pictures on here. :gonk:
I would say, take the pictures every month or so. It'll just get your confidence up and all you know.

Why no trap work ramsy? (Unless that comes under shoulders for you)

Do you do any isometric work or is it all eccentric?

30 Minutes of jump roping 3 times a week. Then I'll start running again after three weeks of that, then I'll start my bench presses again.

Yea, the lifting routine also included that. These days I lift so I can at least build some strength, not mass. Don't focus much on the muscle mass since run distance and having more mass ends up slowing me down (explains why a lot of elite runners are so thin). Don't focus on the legs anymore since I'm already putting so much stress on it with all of the running workouts that I do.

Speaking of working out, I just found an old Total Gym under a ton of crap. If Chuck Norris uses it, then I will too.

Edit: Post number 900. On my way to a thousand.
