Odds are, the mobo got shorted, or a bug got in there, died, then shorted the board
I'd say, open it up, if the warranty is no longer valid, and see if its shorted/burnt, and if it is, sell the parts and use that money to buy a broken rrod 360, and fix it yourself for cheap.

Try unpluggin the power brick for 15 min then turning it back on.

As I said, the xbox doesn't come back on. I still need to call to see if my warranty is valid, but my first xbox red ringed and this is the 2nd...

It was unplugged overnight and i just hooked it back up.. it came back on and works surprisingly.

However I still want to get a replacement if my warrenty is active, that still shouldn't happen.
