I'd say let people get it out of their system, or simply delete them. No reason to put it in the rulebook. This is the same trend as the "<insert action here> person above you" threads on B.net a while back. Eventually, the ninjas got tired of it and just either locked or deleted.

Also, nobody's forcing you to read them.
