Good mods for Oblivion?

I am probably going to make a 4th play through of Oblivion (this time on the PC not xbox) Can you guys link me up with some good mods? I've heard about the archaeology guild mod and the Morrowind province mod and a few others but I don't know where or what to get.

Well fuck now I'm going to be downloading mods all day.

The guy will note any incompatibilities between mods, as far as I know. I've never had an incompatibility problem, and I've used a ton of the mods there.

Also, you'll want to install Oblivion Mod Manager (http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=2097), which will forewarn you of incompatibilities and will try to resolve them. (it is awesome)
