I know Modacity doesn't say it, but today is my birthday.
My mom was hovering over me during a phone call to my Grandma, and was also slyly attempting to listen to me talk by constantly finding something to put away where I'm at. Then I go outside to talk and when I'm done guess what?
I get questioned as if I committed a crime. Then she picks up the phone to talk, interrupted with a phone call by my Dad. She hangs up, and then tries to justify what she did "Oh, I didn't want you to not defend yourse-" When in comes my Dad. "IT'S YOUR BIRTHDAY WOOO YOU'RE 17 NOW WEWT." (with one of those plastic hand-clacker things, interrupting her in midsentence)
What a birthday. I will post later after I open presents to see if they make up for it.

Like I said over xfire man, just be glad your Dad walked in, or you could have been put through more interrogation.
And presents? My family stops giving presents at 16. I just got a heap-ful of cash instead :)

Yah but you usually get better stuff if you get a present than cash. And usually more expensive stuff than the cash.

Thing is, there wasn't anything secret about the chat. I left for privacy because I felt uncomfortable knowing she was purposefully attempting to spy on what I was saying. (I forgot the word to that lol)

Its June 1st actually.
Let me explain, from what I can gather, what exactly happened.
His mom was eavesdropping in on a conversation which he was having. He was not talking to his GrandMa ont he phone, she was trying to eavesdrop aswell. His mom got pissed off because he went outside to try and get some privacy for the phone call. In other words, it sucks because his mom is interrogating him on his b-day.
Also: Happy late b-day.
