Lost a drive?

So my computer locked up and I had to power it down, but it took me abnormally long to reboot and now my E drive isn't showing up. Any ideas?

Check to see if it shows up in device manager.

Is it a partition or an external?

It was an internal, I just opened up my case and looked for loose connections, and blew about 5 tons of dust out. Drive shows up now.
