My new baby/My photography :)

Yesterday I ended up going out and buying one of these babies:

Came with two lenses (18-55mm, 75-300mm), 2 batteries, a 1gb stick and carry bag. All up, $1999NZD.
Takes photos at a resolution of 3888x2592, 10.1MP, around 3-4mb per photo.

Cool, can you tell me this, where did you get it, I've been looking for a digital SLR Camera for years, I'm stuck with my dad's old canon SLR.

It takes compact flash. They're big, but they're relatively cheap and do the trick. I got it from Noel Leemings if you really want to know, but I doubt they have retail stores anywhere other than New Zealand.

The camera cost just as much as my computer. I think I got what I paid for, the colours in the photos are amazing. Really nice manual focus, and a really fast AF too.
