Are you trying to replace the old one..? Don't.. Just place it in Halo ce folder.. Make sure the exe is haloce107 I think is what its called. Then just open the shortcut your going to use and type in the correct name.. Put the new strings.dll in, backup the old one in case.. Load halo up. make sure console is on too, and type "version 1.08ce" and it should play fine. Then just put the yelo dll's in haloce folder. (make sure its release 3, I had trouble with version 1 on halomaps and 2).. then just go ingame and press f7 and have fun.

Rams have you thought about setting a deadline for the first round matches? If not I suggest you do because if things continue the way they are, it looks like the league won't even finish, or if it does, not until winter. Right now it looks like people are being lazy about setting dates. Out of 11 first round matches, only 4 have been scheduled or completed, since the bracket was released on the 5th. I don't want this league to be last for such a long time because people are lazy about setting dates. Just a suggestion.

Yea I've been thinking about the deadline and such for awhile now. I haven't set it up just yet because I know July can sometimes be a bit hectic in terms of vacation and such. Since August is coming up, this will be resolved soon. I'm hoping to schedule a meeting with the other admins ASAP so we can discuss this.

If anyone has a suggestion for the deadline feel free to say so. Any suggestion will be taken into consideration (with the exception of "until it's done" :downs:).

I know this is the information that was posted on the HCEL forum but from what I recall it has multiple problems.

1) Firstly we said it was going to be July 28th (Tuesday) not Monday, as neither Phil nor I can play on Mondays.

2) I'm pretty sure it was supposed to be 10pm UK time (5PM EST) but I can get that sorted out as soon as they're on Xfire.

3) I don't think we're actually playing a match game on Teletubbies, we only agreed on Ewok and Chiller.

4) My partner is now in the hospital and I'm not sure if he will be able to play. Once again, I'll get back to you with more information on this.
