If we all can recall our previous discussion that happened, similar to this:

http://www.modacity.net/forums/showthread.php?t=11403

Apparently spammers are once again coming to destroy Halomaps.

I suggest we take action, by hiding the website so that the refugees won't see us~~~

TBH like I said before:

Finally.

Im sorry, but, it took dennis a really fucking long time to figure out that what he created to "help the halo community" has turned into a out of control shithole.

Dennis, if your reading this, Im sorry for the foul language, but what you created to help this community, you couldnt handle it. You wanted the "moderator and adminship" to you and only your associates. If you would of done what modacity (formally h2vista.net) did, by making regular old timer members mods or admins, you would have been not on all the time, and you could have people cutting down the spam after spam. But you holded the power, for the fear of users ruining the site. TheGhost had to do this too, and look what happened. Only a couple incidents happened, while halomaps has over 100s.

May I suggest that your policy for mods and admins be taken down, and rewritten to accommodate regular old members of your forums to become mods or admins. If that is too "easy" for you, have them make resumes, and make sure they're trust worthy.

Thats my two cents.

No more lolz.

pro tip: don't make threads here about halomaps. It never ends well

E: also, where did dennis make this statement? I am aware he has made it before, but I do not see it for this particular spam attack. Why rush into this idea?

I don't see how this is all that different from the occasional spamfest in these forums. It'll be resolved once Dennis checks the forums again.

This stuff happens all the time. Its the fun and lulz of HaloMaps. If it weren't for this kind of stuff, the sight would pretty much be worthless. Well, that and watching the unchecked flame wars. And Dennis's lol posts xD

There is a clause in his company contracts with customers that anyone who is not employed by him will not have server access.

What is so hard for you kids to understand about that?

Thread locked, don't bring halomaps drama here, and especially stop insisting to Dennis he changes contract policy with his paying customers to keep a forum for you guys open and maintainable.
