Was pretty cool
i've had a heap of moments like that, sometimes your just on fire.
i remember our team getting absolutely dominated on the last stage of gold rush attacking
so i rolled soldier
by the end of the first cap i'd got 5 dominations a heap of rocket to rocket kills as well as like 6 sentrys.
was just on fire hey, they didnt even bother trying to defend the second cap after that they all just fell right back and built up at the final.

Watching videos of the top players really discourages me. :(
Great video, great music, beautiful editing, but I feel like I can't play anymore what with people who can pull off shit like that on what looks like a regular basis.

Everyone has their rambo moments, some are just lucky enough to be filming at the time.
Great vid.

Then the montage has failed.
Montages are supposed to what you stop what your doing and have you start playing.
give ya a feeling like... "holly fuck i'm going to do that"
If ya feel like ya dont want to play anymore then it's just a wankfest :/

The problem is that I know I'm not going to be able to pull any of that off anytime soon, and that about 75% of the kills there are annoying from the victim's POV, namely all of the soldier/demo juggling where they manage to nail people in mid air. It makes me feel like why bother when I'm just going to get blown into the air and be able to do nothing while my attacker has his way.

That's no prosoldier; I can hit people in the air with rockets all the time. :realsmug:
Other than that, freakin' amazing.

I'll just say that I have never seen anyone do that to me, ever.
But I do manage some of the scout stuff that they show.

Great vid.
Most, if not all, of the clips in that montage will have been recorded demos from mixes and competitive games.
Also demo pr0 reporting :bunchies:

It's not limited, it's just that some of us only have (theoretical) 512 kb/s connections.

it's a nice video, but as I watch it all that comes to mind is how this stuff is utterly dwarfed by the sheer depth of epic-ness that has been accomplished on Quake TF and TFC
