So I got a new motherboard and processor, and they are ALOT more efficient, the CPU is the Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 with the P45T-A black series motherboard, and I get about 60 Fps on Crysis Warhead on Very High At 1440x900

My problem is, I am unable to run windows 7, and I was barely able to run winxp until going through a ton of workarounds (Using Ps/2 mouse D:) then installing the drivers.

For Windows 7, I get to the loading screen, it shows the loading windows stuff, then it crashes right when it would finish. I'm thinking this is because of the old drivers there, yet, it even crashes in safe mode, would there be any way to delete the old drivers that are there, and "deactivate" them, so it would act as it would if no drivers where installed whatsoever?
Thanks, I really don't want to have to deal with reinstalling windows.

I've dumped in new cpus, gpus, hdds etc, but never a motherboard without a fresh install.

Yup. As far as I know, Vista and most likely Windows 7 are locked to the motherboard, so nothing short of a fresh install and reactivation will clear it.
