View Full Version : Michael Jackson's ghost caught on tape?

Longshot

We know this is in poor taste, but a lot of MJ's fans think this footage could actually be for real.
An eerie shadow was captured on camera during a Larry King Live segment filmed at Neverland just a few days after Michael Jackson's death.
While Michael's good friend Miko Brando gives a guided tour of the house, a dark shadow can be seen passing a fireplace at the far end of the corridor.
No one involved in the filming — including Michael's brother Jermaine — noticed the shadow at the time, but now the footage is sweeping the internet with some fans convinced the ghost of Michael Jackson is haunting Neverland.
It could just be the shadow of an unseen crew member, but we've got to admit, it is kind of spooky…

Took me quite a while to figure out how to embed videos, guys, my apologies.

I think this is the freakiest thing I have ever seen, and let me just say I'm even more freaked out because tonight I was watching videos of Ouija boards and reading spooky experiences with said boards. These articles popped up when I decided to sign into MSN tonight.

Say what you will, that video terrified the hell out of me, and 'shadows' don't project into thin air - they have to be cast onto a wall.

Here's (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i5KW2d1OaFA) the other video of the ouija board I was watching, skip to about 8:00 minutes in if you don't want to watch the entire video.

And here's a different link (http://news.ninemsn.com.au/entertainment/834294/michael-jacksons-ghost-caught-on-camera/?rss=yes) to the same video.

Either way, spooky stuff.

Thoughts?

The first "ghost" video that actually has me stumped. The shadow also has a reflection if you look closely.

Hhhmmm, the thing is, if that were a shadow from someone walking by, the path of that person would have to be somewhat perpendicular to the fireplace wall since we didn't see anyone pass the doorway. If that was the scenario, then the 'shadow' would have to go from a larger height to a smaller height as it went from left to right. Well... the 'shadow' didn't do that... and instead had a constant height...

And this couldn't have been edited, since Larry King is live...

Haha after rewatching it, I actually listened to what they were saying.

"We're inside Michael Jackson's bedroom suite. . .you're looking at the doors and you can see the locks on the doors, privacy was key in this room obviously."

Don't almost all doors in houses have locks? And aren't their purposes to ensure privacy? Why would they pay so much attention to someone's bedroom door locks unless it was Michael Jackson's? Guess the media was trying to imply something.

It's a shadow, you can see it bend to the fireplace. The reflection on the floor is just a reflection of that room.

it could be as simple as a car going by with its headlights on, creating a moving shadow of a tree or something. Or anything that could make the same effect

If you havent experienced something like this for yourself, it can be hard to cope with.

Did I just read umpteen people's comments professing fear toward something instantaneously recognizable as a shadow?

Its clearly a shadow of a real person who I think was in the far room. Lol @ CNN trying to imply something with all the locks.

*sigh*

A 3 second scrap of shadow caught on tape causes 7,100+ replies in 4 days. Everyone's so sad over MJ's death that a lot of 'MJ ghost' stories have sprung up.

See what I mean?

But admittedly, the shadow did creep me out a little, the angle didn't seem right for a shadow to be positioned in that manner and still remain out of sight. Furthermore, the room was brightly lit and a shadow from inside wouldn't be so obvious.

Yeah, they debunked it. I never noticed it before because the video is grainy, but there is a standing light shining into the room (right of the fireplace).

There very well could have been a staffer walking across the room to cast that shadow, there were probably more lights in that room.

Well, since I'm a paranormal investigator (http://ghosthunterssrq.com), I'm calling this one debunked. What looks like a reflection of the shadow on the floor, is probably the same shadow stretched across the floor (like when the sun is low.) Probably a guy either outside of the window, or behind the camera with a light behind him. Trust me, I do this for a living as a hobby.

/shameless plug.
