a month or two ago, my dad's ex girlfriend said they were filming an adam sandler movie one day over at a local bowling alley in Webster MA, I didnt believe her because I work right down the road from it, but this seems to make it sound way more true..

"Grown Ups" is now slated to open a week prior to the Fourth of July holiday weekend, and has been pushed back more than three months from its original release date of March 12.
But "Grown Ups" will still wrap up shooting in Essex later this summer, and all cast and crew members will be out of Centennial Grove by Sept. 15, she said.
"We're not behind," Sandler said.
She added that the time indoors has also given crews time to make sets.
"Grown Ups" is the only movie currently scheduled to come out on June 25 next summer. The comedy is about five high school friends who reunite with their families at a lake house in Connecticut after 30 years apart. The film stars Sandler, Kevin James, Salma Hayek, Chris Rock, and others.
Variety, the Los Angeles-based entertainment publication, reported the new release date last week and indicated that the decision to move "Grown Ups" stems from the enormous success of another popular summer comedy, "The Hangover." That film has grossed more than $265 million worldwide since its release June 5.
"Grown Ups" has brought added business to many locally owned places in Essex, including $150,000 given directly to the town and thousands more to antique stores, lumber companies and other businesses in the area.
Woodman's Restaurant recently shut down operations for four days to host the cast and crew as they filmed a family restaurant scene inside the building on Main Street.
