Wait. The Gulf War doesn't explain why there's a dip at 16 and a spike at 18. The older you are, the further back in time we go, remember? So the spike was BEFORE the Gulf War. Meaning that argument makes no sense, because there is only a little spike after the Gulf War ends.

Defining maturity by an arbitrary age is one of the most incredibly retarded things going, I pay no heed whatsoever to ratings and nor did my parents. I don't plan to when I have kids, either.
