Just decided to make a topic with some things I have made.

This here is an icon I designed for my "My Creations" folder:

It's my initials (DD), and my three favorite colors.
I made the .ico file with IcoFX (http://icofx.ro/), which is the only free program I've found that can save vista format 256x256 icons.

I also vectored all of Halo 3's weapon icons in photoshop (AI usually gives me an error when I try to save anything, so I never bothered to learn it.)

You can change the colors using layer styles if you want to use them for anything. I originally made these for use in Halo CE.

You would definitely make an amazing texture artist. You should go find some models that are unwrapped and throw your hand at texturing them.

A new high school is being built in my area and opens this school year. My English teacher (who will be transferring to the school) got me to sign up for it so that I could be the lead graphics artist/part time website editor of the school newspaper. That teacher will be the one advising the newspaper, and he is one of the best in the country. He asked me to go because of that story board project I did (only shared two frames online). I got my acceptance letter the day before I left for vacation :)

These were all shot with just a point and shoot camera. My parents are going to pay for half of an slr and I'm going to go visit my uncle in chicago who is a professional photographer and he's going to teach me some things this winter.
