Anyone interested in modeling it?
For those that don't know what a wolverine is, http://halo.wikia.com/wiki/MAAT-9_Wolverine
I already figured out how I'm going to give it all the abilities from Halo Wars, it just has to be made first.

Now that we've gotten that out of the way, I would be excited to see this get made. Would be really neat to see it in action. But would it be so much to ask for a bit more of a Halo theme going on with it? Like I understand that Halo Wars was doing it's own thing, but some of the designs don't look like UNSC based design. At least in my opinion.

IIRC, the wolverine's volley ability doesn't work on infantry...so you'd pretty much be using it only on air and ground vehicles. If this is for an MP map I don't see how it would be that useful and if anything, really just a gimmick.
It would still be interesting to see it's missle system work, as it wouldn't just be a line based firing algorithim but actually complex (should be able to move around, up and over). So you can use it to fend off warthogs and tanks that may be coming up a hill, while you're on the other side.
It would be cool to extend the game to even allow switching the ammo you can pick up for a weapon. This way you can change the ammo shot from the weapon attached to a vehicle. Think of a rocket meant to shoot and have a rope attached to it or something. What I would give to be able to play with the actual internals and dynamics of the engine like that -_-. Then you could do M203 attachments for weapons and be able to fire different projectile rounds (explosive or gas based for example)

Kornman, could OS allow you to change the heatseaking thing alreayd in the game, so it only goes after vehicles, and not bipeds. And would you be able to add an flashing overlay showing you what you are firing at like the Halo 2 Rocket launcher did. Oh, and one thing I want to know is, could you make cameras work? So you have a camera then it shows on a bitmap?
I know you don't really want to make new tags though.
Also, I might give it a shot.

If you get this shit working to a reasonable standard, I say go all out and cook up a vulture while you're at it. Though it would practically be another Longsword, it would at least be a Longsword with a lot more kick ass missiles and cannons :)

So... yeah, Just opened my vehicles folder, and it seemed different. Well, there was a new folder called "UNSC Wolverine". Don't know why ;)

It is a bit empty.. well, the references folder inside of it only has one image... anyone care to help me fill it up? It might make my computer do something cool :)
